A BIT ABOUT ME
I believe that fitness does not have to be a chore and instead, can be fun and invigorating. As an ACE certified personal trainer I've spent many years helping clients successfully find their path to fitness through education, motivation and challenging workouts.
More recently, a health setback threatened my personal training career. But those that know me, know that I'm passionate about fitness and I simply refused to accept the hand I was dealt. Fortunately, I found an alternative through YouTube and I'm excited to share it with you.
This short video provides additional perspective around my journey and how I hope to help others find their path to fitness! Take a peak and please don't hesitate to subscribe!

Helping People Get Fit. Particularly Women Over 40!
Getting fit means different things to different people. To some it means looking and feeling great in the bodies they have and to others it means transforming their bodies into something different. In either event, the best way to do so is through exercise and healthy eating. But getting fit over 40 isn't easy (and I especially appreciate the challenge as I enter my 60's). It's one of the reasons why I emphasize proper form and provide modifications in my workouts; to enable all age groups and fitness levels to participate. I also provide a variety of workouts. Whether it's cardio, strength training or "no-equipment" routines, there's something for everyone. Variety of exercise, along with healthy eating segments and fitness tips are how I continue helping people find their path to fitness.

A Bit About My Workouts
Cardio workouts are a key element of any fitness program. They help burn calories and fat and can lead to weight loss, particularly when balanced with healthy eating. That's why Cardio workouts are a key component of my YouTube Channel as well as my 30-Day Fitness plan!
As we age we all find we have those "tough to tone" areas of our bodies. My videos address those areas with targeted training to help strengthen challenging muscle groups. You know the areas I'm talking about...our abs, our "glutes" and our arms to name a few!
FULL BODY TRAINING
Full Body workouts are vital for building strength, stamina and increasing our stability, particularly important as we continue to age. Targeting training is good...but we need our whole bodies to be in shape!
Too many people start a fitness program only to quit shortly after because they are bored. That's why it's so important to vary your routine. My videos incorporate HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) and other methods to assure your workouts are challenging and engaging.
You Don't Need A Gym or Fancy Equipment To Get Fit
With the continued health and safety challenges surrounding the pandemic, working out in a group or in a public fitness facility has people concerned. And rightly so. But you don't need a gym or a fitness facility to get fit.
Arthur Ashe, the famed tennis star once said "start where you are, use what you have, do what you can". That is all you need to begin exercising. Exercise is not about a facility or equipment. It's about the commitment to get started on a path to improve your fitness. If you bring the commitment, I can help you find your path to fitness.
My 30-Day Fitness Plan
Getting started is hard. Not everyone knows where to begin or how to focus their efforts. That's why, based on client feedback, I offer one simple plan to help women 40 and over get started with exercise and healthy eating.
