I’m Sharon Piotrowski, an ACE certified personal trainer. My passion lies in motivating clients to achieve fitness goals and healthy lifestyle changes based on their own capabilities and at their own pace. I encourage clients to take small steps, recognizing that you build strength, burn calories, gain confidence and get fit, one step at a time. 

 

Infused with my enthusiasm and knowledge of exercises and proper form, I want to help people learn what I have…that there are many ways to incorporate fitness into your lifestyle. Whether it’s through functional training, variations in routines, weight training or cardio exercises, I can show you how to advance your fitness goals.

Prior to becoming an ACE certified personal trainer, I did not appreciate the benefits of exercise or how easily it could be incorporated into my lifestyle. But I learned that in 20 - 30 minutes, you can incorporate strength training and cardio exercises and begin to feel more energized and fit in no time. That ultimately helped me to reach new personal highs and before long I was teaching spinning classes, conducting group fitness boot camps, cycling, weight training and participating in half marathons and triathlons. 

 

Now, 12 years later, I am approaching 60 years of age and despite recently being diagnosed with a rare blood cancer, I maintain a healthy lifestyle. I’m now looking for ways to pay the benefits of fitness forward and I'm doing it through my YouTube Channel. Today, when I interact with people who think they “can’t do it”, I encourage them to “just try”, recognizing that everyone begins with a first step. And when they do, it’s amazing to see the personal growth, development and satisfaction they ultimately experience. 

 

Whatever your age, don’t let it define your commitment to fitness. No matter how small, you can incorporate some level of exercise into your lifestyle and I can help you.
