Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner Recipes

There are plenty of recipes in the pages that follow. Some make for quick meals and others require a little more effort to prepare. Take the time to look over the recipes and prepare a shopping list so you can confidently tackle the grocery store without having to go back several times during the week (I always forget something)!

While I encourage you to try the meals noted in the plan, I recognize that we all have different tastes. So if you chose to follow your own healthy eating recipes then simply be sure to make note, monitor and record the calories you eat. 

Recipes are laid out by meal for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Snacks you can chose based on your preference from the "Snacks" link. Again, remember that if you fall off the healthy eating wagon, don't fret. You can't change the past but you do control the future!
