Tips & Tools To Get You Started

Tips and tools are very important to your journey. They provide guidance and direction and help you determine from where you are starting, where you are going, how to get there, how far you’re progressing, the obstacles you’re encountering and so on. To make the most of your 30 Day Fitness Program I’ve included my tips and tools to help you successfully accomplish your journey. So let me start with a couple of quick tips. 

Quick Tip #1 - Fitness is achieved only through exercise and healthy eating.

That’s right, fitness is achieved only through a combination of exercise and healthy eating. You cannot achieve it otherwise. You can’t exercise away a bad diet and you can’t starve yourself strong. It’s why so many of the fad diets fail and why exercise videos alone are simply not enough.


Balancing exercise and healthy eating are a must on your path to fitness. Some of my tools are crafted to address either the exercise component or the healthy eating component of your journey, while others address both. 

Quick Tip #2 - You can't build a healthier you without commitment and using your tools!

To be successful you must commit to using the tools within this plan. Some of the tools are to be used at the outset (i.e. day 1), some daily and some weekly. Some give you information and some require a call to action. In any event, it’s important that you take the time to get familiar with them and most importantly, commit to using them! Now, let’s look at the tools within your 30 Day Fitness Plan.

This is the first set of tools you’ll be using. It’s the point from which your journey begins. Remember, the old adage: "that which gets measured, gets done". So let's get measuring!
