Have a Ball With Your Workout...




There are all types of exercise equipment out there to help you get the most out of your workout. Today I would like to focus on the Stability Ball as it will be featured in one of my future exercise and routine video demonstrations.

Challenging your core is something my clients often ask to focus on during their workout session. When using a stability ball you need to keep your core strong and engaged, even if the target of the exercise is, for example, your hamstrings. Some stability ball exercises that you will see in my future video demonstration can be done without the ball, but if you are looking to add a relatively inexpensive piece of equipment that can bring great value to your weight training and cardio, then consider having a stability ball on hand. In the meantime, keep an eye out over the coming months for my "Let's Have A Ball" routine. I'll use a stability ball to help make our work out that much more fun and effective.
