The path to fitness is a tough one. Getting the motivation to exercise is hard enough let alone identifying the right exercise routines to get fit. Helping people with the right exercises and creative routines is where I come in. I pride myself on designing routines that help people attain personal fitness goals and that can be adapted for varying levels of capability. Whether you're just beginning your journey or you're looking to enhance your existing exercise plan, my videos provide subscribers visual demonstration of how to perform exercises correctly and efficiently, all making the process of getting started on a path to fitness, that much easier.

For example, in my first video “No Weights, No Problem” I show bicycles, stationary squat jumps and alternating arms and leg raises. These exercises are not as common as traditional squats or bicep curls (for instance) and my video demonstrations show how to perform them and execute correctly, on your own.

Each of my exercise routines is intended to be done over the course of two weeks on alternating days. Every other day allows your body to rest and recover while you build strength and familiarity with the exercises. Then, after two weeks, I deliver a new series of exercises and videos that will give you new challenges.
